this guy I dated for a month last year just told me a secret. Apparently he really wants to cross dress. Like buy a skirt and tights and wear them. He told me he wants me to help him buy buying the clothes for him because he is too embarrassed to buy them himself. I feel really uncomfortable about this…. he only wants me to know, and told me not even to tell my boyfriend. This is so odd. Advice?!

I say keep it to yourself… this is a deeply personal issue and he has put a lot of trust in you. As for helping him shop—it would take you outside your comfort zone. That’s what life’s all about!

I can imagine how uncomfortable it must feel, but think about how much courage it must have taken him to tell you. I’d say help him but explain that you feel kind of odd about it maybe? So you are both on the same page!

I would maybe help, depending on how comfortable you feel around him. And make it clear that you would be telling your boyfriend where you would be going, though if you want to leave out the exact details that’s up to you
