because apparently the only thing I talk about on this blog is relationships. ha
Okay, I have been SICK. First I had diarrhea for 11 days… and now I have had a cold for 13 days. I even went to the Doctor and she told me that colds last up to two weeks and to drink a lot of fluids… So this has been fun. I’ve been constantly dizzy, sore throat, nasal draining… definitely not the type of thing I want to have while exercising.
I say all of this to tell you: I have not exercised once in 2012. Not yet, at least.
Eating: Ummm, not healthy.
Water: no
Just bringing some honesty to the table. Now that everything is out, I am going to work on things I can change… like drinking more water and eating real food instead of candy. Deal?! DEAL!!!!!
